In 2007, Nancy and I started a new and used bookstore in Orange City called Half Off Books. We loved serving our community with a variety of books, warm fellowship and a good cup of coffee. In 2014, we had to close the business due to the influence of online retailers in the book business. One thing we loved about the bookstore was all the amazing people we had met while serving our community. Fast forward to 2018, it was at this time that we launched a new venture, a Real Estate Investment company, Central Florida Property Investors LLC.
